Project overview

An expansion project in UAQ Free Zone adding new structural bays, upgraded loading facilities, and extended MEP systems. Works were completed while maintaining partial warehouse operations throughout.

This construction project was delivered by FORMONIC Contracting L.L.C with coordinated planning, skilled site teams, and quality oversight from mobilisation through handover. Works were executed in line with UAE regulations, client specifications, and our QHSE framework.
