Project overview

This Business Bay office fit-out transformed a raw commercial shell into a fully functional premium workspace. FORMONIC managed partitioning, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and full MEP integration with phased delivery to minimise client downtime.

This remodeling project was delivered by FORMONIC Contracting L.L.C with coordinated planning, skilled site teams, and quality oversight from mobilisation through handover. Works were executed in line with UAE regulations, client specifications, and our QHSE framework.
